From 19–21 May 2026, we took part in ANGA COM, one of the most important industry events dedicated to broadband technologies, media, and connectivity. This year’s edition in Cologne brought together around 450 exhibitors from 44 countries and tens of thousands of participants. As Optomer, we were proud to be part of it.
At the event, we showcased our solutions for the last mile in FTTH networks, designed to ensure reliability, easy installation, and seamless scalability. A significant part of our discussions focused on passive infrastructure. Our specialists supported visitors in selecting patch panels, telecom cabinets, splice closures, and fibre optic accessories tailored to specific deployment needs. We also placed strong emphasis on optimisation and sustainability, particularly solutions that help reduce installation time and lower long-term network maintenance costs for operators.
Direct meetings with network operators, installers, and technology partners remain the most valuable part of our participation. The discussions around current challenges in the broadband industry provided us with valuable insights and inspiration for further R&D work.
