Distribution boxes are designed to connect feeder cable fibres with customer drop cable fibres within access networks. They serve as distribution boxes (patch panels) on floors within multi-dwelling units. A solid steel housing, hinged splice trays, and complete standard equipment make the product ready for use without the need for additional mounting elements.
With integrated slack storage and modular fiber management, these patch panels are ideal for both greenfield fiber deployments and brownfield infrastructure upgrades.

Engineered for installers
The housing is equipped with entries for feeder and customer drop cables, and its design allows for the installation of splitters directly into the splice trays, eliminating the need for additional modules. Inside the distribution box, there is a patch panel that allows for the connection of the appropriate number of subscribers.
The well-thought-out design ensures easy access to the interior of the device, and cables can be entered from any side. Each PRWK box features eight knock-out holes that facilitate adaptation to the installation routing. A single cable entry can accommodate from one to a dozen or more cables, depending on their diameter and construction. Hinged splice trays increase convenience during installation and subsequent maintenance, while the IP30 protection rating ensures adequate security in typical indoor operating conditions.
